What attracted you to Silver Cloud?

I wanted a change from projects (for Gamma, one of Silver Cloud’s partners). I have always enjoyed the support side of telecoms.

 

What are your impressions so far?

So far so good. There are a lot of changes coming that I think will improve the way the service team works, so I am looking forward to seeing how that unfolds.

 

What is your job title?

Service Desk Co-ordinator

 

What does your role involve?

Logging, reporting and tracking faults and service requests. Running diagnostics and resolving network/hardware issues for our customers.

 

What is the biggest challenge you face?

Working from home while trying to learn a company’s internal processes is a little trying, but I’m getting there!

 

What are you reading at the moment?

The Holiday by TM Logan and Not a Life Coach by James Smith.

 

If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be?

My Papa

 

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I like catching up with friends and family, reading and watching a good documentary. Also partial to a bit of cleaning.
