Multiple suppliers

It makes life difficult if you have many different suppliers for telephone lines, telephone systems, IT, broadband and more. We often see this problem in businesses with multiple premises. As the business grows and new outlets are added, each location sets up its own contracts. Eventually this mix of systems and suppliers can become a big headache for the management team.

One of our clients, a residential care provider with 15 care homes, had ended up with nearly 50 different suppliers, all with contracts ending at different times. This was time-consuming, expensive and risky.
