Working with partners such as Samsung and Mitel, we offer a wide choice of telephone systems to meet the needs of small local businesses, national multi-site operations and everyone in-between.
If all you want to do is handle voice calls efficiently and effectively, there are a few basic features that you probably need, such as: voicemail to email (sending you a message to say that you’ve got a voicemail message, with a recording of it attached); mobile twinning (automatically directing landline calls to your mobile if you don’t pick up your desk phone); and the ability to hold, queue and transfer calls.
The physical system can take several forms: hybrid (which includes a physical box in your premises), pure IP (everything is in the cloud), or digital/IP (a mix of both). And you can send calls over various networks too.
