Inadequate connectivity

Many businesses are held back by poor internet connectivity. A recent survey estimated that in the 2015/16 financial year, slow internet might have cost UK businesses as much as £7bn in lost economic output. And that’s not counting the less quantifiable effects: frustrated or distracted staff, for example, can’t work to anything like their full potential.

To solve the problem we first have to uncover the cause. Perhaps the business has expanded rapidly, and a connection installed two years ago no longer does what you need it to do. Or maybe the business has recently started using new applications or tools such as VoIP (voice calls over the internet) which its system can’t support properly. Sometimes the problem can be solved simply by switching to a different network – each of them has strengths and weaknesses in different geographical areas.

As we’re independent, we have good relationships with all the main internet providers. We’ll choose the one that’s right for you, and make sure you get the service that your business needs.
