Cloud telephony
Some telephone systems have no hardware other than phones on desks – they connect directly to the cloud, where everything is held. These are very robust – the software that manages everything is very stable, and if a server fails then a back-up will kick in immediately. They are also highly flexible. One of our key partners for these is Gamma, who provide a cloud solution called Horizon that many of our customers use.
Some SMEs find that other options are best for them, such as a hybrid solution. As always, we will study your business carefully and find the communication solution that’s right for you – both now and in the future.
What our clients say:

recommended, and we can
see why. They know all the
technical detail and are easy
to work with.”Hayleigh Paden, Practice Manager
