Virtualised PBX
This can be an ideal option for bigger SMEs. In essence, the customer owns the infrastructure, but most of the physical equipment is held by the provider.
A PBX system brings several benefits: it allows you to use one phone number even if you have people in different places; it can be used with many different devices; the provider has the responsibility for storing and maintaining the physical equipment; and it’s easy to scale up or down as required.
Importantly, Mitel’s solution can be installed in both VMWare and HyperV environments.
