The role’s key responsibility is to make sales appointments for a team of industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange appointments for a team of industry professionals
  • Outbound cold-calling
  • Generate sales opportunities and qualifying needs for the sales team
  • Follow up marketing campaigns
  • Achieve agreed KPI goals and objectives


  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Telesales role
  • Some knowledge and experience of WAN/LAN/IT/Hosted Voice/Cloud/Mobile
  • An excellent professional telephone manner
  • A friendly, personable, and positive approach to prospective clients
  • A self-starter with the hunger and drive to achieve great results
  • Ability to build trust and relationships at all levels
  • KPI-driven
