Direct Sales
We are looking for an experienced Direct Sales person to join our Sales team. Ideally someone who is goal-orientated and has a deep knowledge of Direct sales and customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and developing a sales pipeline, while providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for consistently delivering against sales targets.
Key day-to-day responsibilities
- Achieve targeted levels of profitable business as agreed with the business.
- Consistently deliver sales across the UK.
- Proactively develop and nurture sales leads.
- Take leads from the Presales Team and develop them.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service and focus.
- Manage key accounts and generating additional business.
- Attend conferences and networking events.
- Present solutions to current and prospective customers.
Although no formal qualifications are essential, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a similar role, will have attained a good all-round standard of education, and will have a good understanding of current IT technologies.

- Proven field sales experience in business-to-business sales solution selling.
- Proven track record consistently delivering sales in the IT/Telecoms sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident and articulate.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Highly customer focused.
- Can build rapport and effective relationships easily.
- Highly motivated and able to set and deliver against challenging targets.
- Self-motivated.
- Able to work autonomously.
Desirable
- Proven experience within the Direct marketplace.
Hours
37.5 hours per week. The working hours are normally Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, with an hour for lunch.
Salary
Excellent basic salary. Uncapped OTE + Realistic Earnings.
